秋の味覚、昨年は栗の渋皮煮だったけれど、今年はなんだかんだと忙しくて栗を買いそびれたので、煮豆で我慢することに。というか、いつも行くネコ用品の店（実は豆専門店）で花豆を見かけたから「そうだ、作ってみよう」と思ったにすぎない．．．。しかし、この豆、イタリア語ではfagioli diavoli、悪魔豆。確かにうねうねとした斑模様は悪魔の呪いでもかかっていそうな気もしないでもないけれど。煮豆の出来具合は、甘さがちょっと足りなかった。実は砂糖の在庫が払底していたもので。mnm
いい具合に煮上がったみたいですね。つやつやと。お皿の色もなんともよさげです。葉っぱ模様みたいですね。うちは、ひたすら大根煮てます（お米のとぎ汁で煮こぼすといい感じになります）
豆の店＝ねこの店？というミスマッチが想像できません。。。。

いいですねぇ、大根煮。
こっちの大根は細くてスジだらけで煮物にしてもちっとも美味しくなりません。しかも、冬の大根ほどスジっぽいというのが、理解不能。
豆＆ネコ用品の店、想像を絶することと思いますが、あるんです、本当に。
