ようやく春が。この野菜を見ると心底そう思います。グリンピースは２月からあるし（でも今年は小粒）、トマトもナスも最近はブロッコリーまで年中あるし（夏のブロッコリーはイギリスから来たり）、イタリアも野菜の季節感がどんどん薄まってきているこのごろ、こういう季節限定ものはある意味、付加価値が上昇しています。
これ、掃除が面倒なんですけどね、一個一個ハカマとらないといけないし。でも、見るとつい買ってしまう罪な野菜です。mnm
忘れもしない、私のアグレッティデビューは、池田亭で頂いたスパゲッティだったのでした～！あれから毎年この時期は、こればっかり。掃除が面倒なので、こないだ娘に手伝わせたら、途中で放置されちまいました。たくさんあるようで、料理するとこれだけ？の量になっちゃうんだよねー。
昨日はFaveを見かけたけど、つぶが小さかったのでまだ初物頂いてませ～ん。

うちで食べましたっけ、アグレッティ・スパ。最近はどんどん手抜きになり、料理ともいかない代物ですませております。
それにしても、お嬢さん、途中放置ですか〜まぁまだお若いし、いつかきっとぶつぶつ言いながらも自分で掃除する日がきますよ。かなーり先かもしれないけれど。ママ頑張れ。
