2020年度世界イタリア料理週間公式プログラム発表!!
去る2019年11月8日(金)今年の「世界イタリア料理週間」の公式プログラムが正式に発表になった。日本で開催される「イタリア料理週間」は、イタリアの外務・国際協力省が各政府機関、その他の公共団体、業界団体、またイタリアの農産・食品産業を最も代表する民間企業との協同で推進している「世界イタリア料理週間」の一環として行われる。今年の「イタリア料理週間」は第4回目となり来る11月18日から24日まで実施される。 2019年のメイン・テーマは、地中海料理、イタリア流のアペリティーヴォ及びイタリア料理における良い食材の促進。他に、EUと日本との経済連携協定の発効に従い、イタリア各地方のワインと料理伝統の促進と普及、観光への好影響や原産地表示保護などの食品と高品質なイタリアワインの促進も重要なテーマとなる。以下公式プログラムは以下の通り(英語)。注目のチャリティイベント第4回「アマトリチャーナデイ」は2019年11月17日(日)11:00〜18:00 例年通り世田谷区南烏山のコニュニティカフェななつのこで行われる。
